Fresh Peach-Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. soft skinned squash
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
    1 c. sliced fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash and slice squash.
    Place layer of squash then layer of fresh peaches in a two-quart casserole.
    Continue alternating layers of fruit and vegetable until all have been used.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and salt over the combination and dot with butter. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes to an hour.
    Serves four.
