Amazing Ambrosia Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container.
    Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut over bottom of two 8-inch pie pans that have been greased with margarine.
    Pour half of mixture into each pan and allow to sit about 5 minutes, then sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut over top of each pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cool.
    Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
