English Muffin Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 c. unsifted flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Heat liquids to 120\u00b0.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Spoon into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2) pans, greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Cover.
    Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
    Microwave on High 6 1/2 minutes.\tLet rest 5 minutes. Turn out to cool.
    When cool, I slice and store in freezer bag in freezer.
    Take out slices as you want.
    Makes great toast.
