Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 Tbsp. olive oil (divided use)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
    Mix thoroughly the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, butter, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps.
