Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 carrot
    1 green pepper
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop or coarse grind cabbage.
    Sprinkle with salt; let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze out excess water.
    Chop or coarse grind carrot and pepper.
    Add to cabbage.
    Boil the sugar, vinegar, water and spices.
    Cool and pour over slaw mixture.
