Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs or substitute
    3 c. sugar (can use 2 c.)
    5 tsp. soda
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Pour oil over Raisin Bran.
    Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs.
    Add buttermilk to eggs.
    Gradually add dry ingredients.
    Add Bran-oil mixture.
    Refrigerate 48 hours before baking.
    Bake in well-greased muffin tins or paper liners for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Batter will keep 6 weeks.
