Chewy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. box brown sugar (light)
    3 eggs
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine and sugar together over low heat in large pot. Add one egg at a time and beat until smooth and light.
    Add pecans and flour one cup at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in a greased and floured (or vegetable sprayed) 10 x 14-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 28 (2 x 2 1/2-inch) squares.
    Don't overbake.
    Makes a chewy, brownie-like goody.
