Chinese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. crushed saltines
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Combine remaining ingredients in separate dish.
    Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture.
    Mix and shape in an uncovered pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (basting frequently).
