Cauliflower Soup(For Nonfat Diets) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can chicken broth or homemade, fat removed
    1 large onion
    2 (20 oz.) bags frozen cauliflower
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in pot; cook 15 to 20 minutes, until cauliflower is soft.
    Let cool, then puree in blender or use potato masher.
    Will keep in refrigerator about 3 days or can be frozen.
