2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil and minced (reserve 1 Tbsp. oil)
6 cloves garlic, mashed to paste

Remove rind from the Brie with a sharp knife and put the Brie on a serving plate.
