Fudge Sundae Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 C. evaporated milk
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits (1 cup)
1 C. miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
vanilla wafers
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together and stir over medium heat until melted. Cool to room temperature.
Line pie pan with vanilla wafers. Cover wafers with a layer of vanilla ice cream, then spoon half of the chocolate mixture over ice cream. Cover with more ice cream and top with remaining chocolate mixture.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
