Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs (saltines)
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredient well. Reserve a small amount of tomato paste to put on top. Roll into a loaf. Add a small amount of water to baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Wait about 5 minutes before slicing.
