Sausage Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. olives, sliced
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausage, onion and pepper in skillet until brown and crumbly.
    Stir in flour and mix in next four ingredients.
    Remove from heat, stir in cheese and olives. Spread evenly in 9-inch square pan.
    Prepare muffin mix and spread over sausage.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand in pan 5 minutes.
