3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, diced
3 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix in large bowl with a fork or spoon.
