Ensalada Con Carne(Mexican Salad With Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. beef flavored gravy mix
    1 large tomato, cut into wedges
    1 medium head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
    1/2 large onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    4 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. green bell pepper, cut into strips
    2 cans Three Bean Salad, drained and refrigerated
    3/4 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, coarsely crushed
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, brown ground beef.
    Add chopped onion, gravy mix and hot pepper sauce.
    Stir in 3/4 cup water.
