Prosciutto (Or Ham) Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole honeydew melon or cantaloupe, halved, seeded and peeled
    8 oz. very thinly sliced Prosciutto or smoked ham
    1 bunch green onion tops, cut into 48 (6-inch) strips
Preparation
    Cut each melon half into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Half slices to make 2 to 2 1/2-inch long slices.
    Wrap Prosciutto slice or ham around each piece of melon.
    Tie with green onion strip.
    Makes about 4 dozen wraps.
