Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix beef, rice, 1/2 cup water and seasonings.
Shape into balls.
Place on baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
