Spicy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chili sauce or salsa
    3 tsp. minced fresh cilantro
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 c. shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium high heat until hot.
    Add chicken.
    Cook 5 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Combine chicken, corn, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, salsa, cilantro, chili powder and jalapenos in a large bowl; stir well.
