Summertime Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, lightly beat together eggs.
    Add 1 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Mix. To mixture, add bread crumbs, milk, beef and onion.
    Mix lightly. Shape into 6 oval loaves.
    Cook in butter in large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Combine remaining tomato sauce to 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Turn meat loaves and brush with sauce.
    Cook 5 minutes more or until done.
    Heat remaining sauce and spoon over meat.
    Yields 6 servings.
