Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk and mix.
Stir in zucchini.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa, soda, cloves and cinnamon.
Add and mix.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
