Pineapple Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken
Preparation
    Heat juice.
    Add beaten egg.
    Whisk with an eggbeater.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, over low heat.
    Cool.
    Serve with fruit chunks.
