Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
    1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground raw turkey
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients in order listed above; mix well. Press evenly into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done. Drain off any excess fat. Let stand for 10 minutes and transfer to serving platter. Serves 4-6.
