Spinach Pom Poms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of nutmeg
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. softened butter
mustard sauce (spicy)
Preparation

Thaw spinach.
Drain and squeeze out all excess moisture.
Mix together all ingredients.
Shape into balls, the size of walnuts. Refrigerate or freeze.
