Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
flour
1 egg
1 c. sugar
juice and grated rind of 1 1/2 lemons
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Blend margarine with cream cheese. Add 1 cup flour; mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Press into small muffin cups. Beat egg. Add 1 tablespoon flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry shells; fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until filling is almost set. Reduce oven temperature to 250\u00b0. Bake for 10 minutes longer or until filling is firm. Cool in muffin cups.
