Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 c. milk
1 large onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into thin, small pieces.
Cook in water until almost done.
Drain off most of the water, leaving enough to completely cook potatoes.
Add onion and celery.
Reduce heat to simmer and cook until onion and celery are tender.
Add remaining ingredients; bring almost to a boil.
Serve.
