Peach Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. soft ripe fresh peaches, peeled, cubed and sweetened *
    3/4 c. liquid (add water to peach juice if needed)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    *Or substitute 1 (16 ounce) package frozen peaches.
