Southern Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. fresh corn
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add milk, corn, seasonings and oil in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Turn into a 1-quart buttered casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
