Buttermilk Pan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1/4 oz. each) pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk( 110~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 T. sugar
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk, oil and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to yeast mixture and beat by hand until smooth. Do not knead. Let stand for 10 minutes.
