Steak In A Paper Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. Chachere's seasoning
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix oil, butter and Chachere's seasoning.
    Spread on steak. Mix cheese and bread crumbs; spread on top.
    Place on parchment sheet; put into brown bag and close.
    Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, then 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
