Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 c. apples, chopped
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Pour oil and sugar over apples and let soak for 1 hour.
Beat eggs slightly; add to apple mixture, then add remaining ingredients.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
