Shrimp Newberg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. jumbo shrimp, frozen
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    10 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. table cream
    3/4 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    salt, pepper and cayenne
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and cream, then add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne.
    Add shrimp and sherry. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    To serve:
    Heat in double boiler about 45 minutes.
