Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 (1/4 oz. each) pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chilled heavy cream
Preparation

To Make Pudding:
In medium saucepan, heat sugar, water, gelatin and salt, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute.
Stir in milk, rice and vanilla.
