Quesadilla - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 burrito size flour tortilla
4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 Tbsp. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 tsp. green chilies, chopped
1 green onion (including top), chopped
Preparation

Spread cheeses evenly on half of the flour tortilla.
Top with green chilies and green onion.
Fold the tortilla in half and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven, turning once, until both sides of the tortilla are browned and cheeses are melted.
Cut into wedge shapes and serve with picante sauce, sour cream and guacamole for dipping.
Makes 1 serving.
