Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes. Cut into large chunks.
    Place in a shallow baking pan.
    Melt butter or margarine and pour over potatoes. Toss until well covered.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
