Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or bacon fat
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups tomatoes
1 bay leaf, crushed
3/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter, add onion and green pepper, and blend in the flour.
Gradually stir in tomatoes and bay leaf.
Cook until it thickens.
Add olives.
