Wonderful Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. (quick) grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add 1/2 cup margarine and stir in grits.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is the consistency of oatmeal (about 5 minutes).
    Remove from heat, add salt and pepper and beat mixture well with eggbeater.
    Add the 1/3 cup margarine, stir in Swiss cheese and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This can be made the day before and cooked when ready to serve.
    The cheeses give this dish a unique taste.
    Compliments game beautifully.
