Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. each: onion, celery and green pepper, diced
    garlic to taste (2 cloves)
    1 box Stove Top dressing
    chicken broth (bouillon)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In an oblong baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch), layer as follows: sliced zucchini, sauteed onion, celery, green pepper and garlic (and add salt and Italian seasoning to this), Stove Top dressing (prepared as directed; save a few crumbs for top) and cream of mushroom soup and sour cream mixed together.
    Sprinkle with reserved Stove Top dressing.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
