Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 large can sauerkraut, don't drain
 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green pepper (some red looks pretty)
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients.
 
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Can be kept for several weeks.
