Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. tomatoes
    4 large onions
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Put tomatoes and onions in blender and blend well.
    Pour through a colander to remove seeds and skins.
    Boil tomato mixture until thick (about 1 hour).
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until desired thickness is reached.
    Seal in 6 pint jars.
