Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. can pink salmon
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine crumbs with the seasonings and butter.
Add milk, liquid and oil from salmon and slightly beaten eggs.
Mix well. Flake the salmon and add to the mixture.
Pour into oiled baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes or until firm and browned.
