Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices thick sliced bread or Texas toast
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Lightly coat 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
    Arrange bread in bottom of pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour evenly over bread.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray bread with cooking spray.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with hot maple syrup, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
