Caramel Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly and bring to boil, with bubbling surface. Boil 2 minutes.
    Cool until hand can be comfortably held on bottom of pan.
    Stir in 2 cups powdered sugar (one at a time).
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, and beat until smooth and creamy.
    Pour over cake.
