Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: paprika and pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. chopped sweet pickle
    1 can or 2 c. salmon
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, milk, eggs and butter.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Turn into a greased loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
