Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
Oil
Powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add eggs and milk.\tBeat until smooth.
Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a heavy skillet to 375 degrees.
Cover the bottom of a funnel with your finger and pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel.
Hold funnel over hot oil and remove finger.\tMove funnel in circular motion to form whatever design you want.
Fry for 2 minutes for until brown. Turn over and brown other side.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve hot with syrup.
Repeat and repeat until everyone is stuffed.
