Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots (fine)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients 2 times.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in grated carrots and chopped nuts.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured pans.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 300\u00b0.
