Cheese-Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    2 c. small-curd cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. Blue cheese salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    sliced green onions
Preparation
    Cut each tomato in half; scoop out tomato pulp, reserving for other uses.
    Combine cottage cheese and next 3 ingredients.
    Spoon into each tomato.
    Sprinkle with green onions.
