Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled, cubed, cooked and drained
    1 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
