Pork Pork Chu Chu Yum Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 lb. pork loin, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced in quarters
    3 celery stalks, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
    1 c. beef or pork broth
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In a shallow baking pan, combine 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
    Add the pork and marinate for 30 minutes.
