Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
3 bananas
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
2 c. crushed graham crackers
maraschino cherries
nuts
whipped cream
Preparation

Beat together eggs, 1 cup butter and powdered sugar for 15 minutes,
no
less.
Mix graham crackers and melted butter. Spread in a
9
x\t13-inch
pan.
Pour egg mixture over crust. Slice bananas;
sprinkle\twith
lemon juice to maintain color. Put banana
slices on top of egg mixture.
Put drained pineapple over bananas.
Cover
with
whipped
cream.
Garnish with nuts and cherries.
