Kalua Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices French bread, torn into 1/4-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. Old English or American cheese
    1 lb. seafood (any kind)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 pt. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Layer bread, cheese and seafood in buttered casserole dish. Pour melted butter over layers.
    Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; pour over layers.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
